About the event
Join Shaylee and Calista at Picacho Coffee Roasters for a yin class with live music.
Yin yoga focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the body. To do this, we will hold the poses for around 3 minutes while using blocks and straps to support the body and help you find your “edge” (the point at which your body starts to feel a stretch).
While we flow, we will get to enjoy the soulful and bluesy tunes of Calista.
Please wear a mask and bring your own mat. Sanitized props will be provided.
